Durante el evento LAN Party 4.0 celebrado en la Feria Internacional de Tecnología, participé de forma voluntaria como entrevistador en inglés en el stand de reclutamiento, evaluando candidatos para puestos de técnico TI en empresas colaboradoras.

Como entrevistador, debía escuchar activamente, plantear preguntas técnicas pertinentes, valorar respuestas y mantener una actitud profesional durante todo el proceso.
